Graphic Design We Can Believe In

I’m sure that title has been used somewhere before.  If not, “©”.

So, yeah… Barack Obama is president.  I hadn’t written about it as I was on blog hiatus all through November.  Mostly because I was brain dead from how excited I was.

And as a lover of all things design, I was always amped about the graphic design behind the Obama campaign.  I mean, light years ahead of anything we’d seen before in national politics.

Logo Design Love has a riveting look at the finalists for the iconic Obama 08 logo.  They went through many iterations, and it’s always interesting to think that something as iconic as Obamas logo was actually part of a process.  Sometimes we just assume this stuff jumps out of thin air.
